Who we are

Fylqeztrum AI is a product of Nestack Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Nestack", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to a deployed Fylqeztrum AI workspace, which is covered by the agreement signed with each customer.

What we collect

Information you give us: when you book a walkthrough we collect your name, work email, organization, the time you pick and anything you choose to tell us about what you want to see. When you subscribe to updates we collect your email address.

Information collected automatically: basic, privacy-friendly usage statistics (pages viewed, device type, approximate country) that do not identify you personally, and the page address you came from. If you arrived through a link we sent you, we record that link so we know which invitation you are responding to.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, health, payment or other sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use it

To schedule and run the walkthrough you asked for, and to send the calendar invitation and follow-up about it.

To send the product updates you subscribed to. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

To understand how the website is used and to improve it.

To meet legal obligations and to protect the security of our services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Your consent

We process the information you submit on the basis of your request (booking a walkthrough) or your consent (subscribing to updates), and usage statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a useful website. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or by writing to us; this does not affect processing that already took place.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of this website for us under contract, such as website hosting, analytics, scheduling and video-meeting providers, and email delivery. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.

Authorities, where the law requires it.

A successor, if Nestack or this product is reorganized or sold, under the same protections.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies and similar storage it needs to work, and privacy-friendly analytics that does not track you across other websites. If we add advertising or marketing measurement, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

Walkthrough requests are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to 24 months afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. We may keep some records longer where the law requires it.

International transfers

Nestack is based in India and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where information leaves the country it was collected in, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual commitments.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@nestack.com. We will answer within the time the law allows and will not treat you differently for asking.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be highlighted on this website.
